Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The deeply appealing lobby and engaging atmosphere made the start of my trip enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast offered a great mix of Eastern and Western dishes that energized my mornings! !

While the hotel has a fantastic location, I found the room to be outdated, and the carpet seemed in need of a thorough cleaning.

Clean and spacious room next to the JR station. Slow wi-fi made it frustrating at times during my stay.

I had a solid stay at One Station Hotel in Kumamoto! The location next to the JR station made exploring easy. The spacious room had plenty of amenities. Just wish the lighting was better. It felt a bit dim for my taste.

Additionally, the hotel supports sustainability by not providing housekeeping during the first three days unless requested.
